Delete your account

BetterMi, by Better Me For You Oy

You can delete your BetterMi account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by contacting us.

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open the BetterMi app.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.

Or request by email

Email privacy@bettermi.fi from the address linked to your BetterMi account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Delete online (email-verified)

Enter the email linked to your BetterMi account. We'll send a confirmation link to that address — deletion only happens after you click it.

What is deleted

All of your personal data: your profile, training programs and workouts, nutrition and meal logs and photos, journal entries, mood and weight history, any health data you shared (from Health Connect or Apple Health), voice notes, and your coaching history.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained for product use after deletion, and backups are purged within 30 days. We keep only the minimal records we are legally required to — for example, subscription and transaction records held by Google Play or Apple, and anti-fraud and tax records — for the period required by law.
